Capital Families Resource Room
Offers a clothing exchange for children 0 - 6 years. Clothing for older children, women or men available on occasion. Open Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. - noon. Wednesdays 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Please contact Susanne @ 391-4320, ext. 352 if you have clothing to donate. Gently used clothing only - no toys, furniture or equipment, house ware, etc.
Parent Education Library
Located in the Goldstream Neighbourhood House. A selection of parenting books, CD's, videos and DVD's available to sign out. We gratefully accept donations of quality books on parenting or related topics.
COBS Bread Program
Capital Families, with the support of COBS Breads, offers baked goods to community families free of charge every Friday morning. The bread table is located in the main hallway.
Good Food Box Program
The Good Food Box Program offers low cost, local, high quality fruit & vegetable boxes, once a month to community members.
The following orders are available:
- $5, $10, or $15 Fruit and Veggie Boxes
- $12 All Fruit Box
- $15 Natural/Organic Box
Access Justice Clinics
Access Justice is a non-profit society which provides first-class free legal assistance to all persons who cannot obtain legal aid or afford a lawyer. Capital Families Association, along with other social agencies host clinics regularly without charge. Free Bus Tickets
